All of this would ensure that there is accountability, transparency and integrity of public offices bearers, which is not what is prevailing on the ground.

Good governance would ensure that there is no parasitism, pestilential, predatory extractive elite that plunders both the finite fiscal and non-renewable and natural resources, for self-enrichment, which enflames their hearts with the cancerous desire to remain in power unconstitutionally, unelected. It guarantees that parasitism, pestilential, predatory extractions are an extremely high risk, with barest minimum of returns to deter self-enrichment at the expense of the general public, as this would adversely affect their welfare, which is currently neglected, as evidenced by wholesale prompt, affordable, reliable service delivery of decent quality deprivations, which is accompanied by absolute negligence of investing in critical public infrastructure.
